Deepanjan (Deep) Banerjee is the founder and CEO of BACS. In a 30 year career working with clients across the globe, Deep has worn multiple hats from Delivery Leader, Client Partner, Consulting Head and Vertical Head. His core experience is in the Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Networking and Government-Public sectors with significant exposure to Utilities, Media-Entertainment and Telecom domains. Having directly interfaced with CxOs in Fortune 500 as well as smaller companies, Deep has extensive appreciation of their challenges as well as imperatives and has a successful track-record of advising them in their transformation journeys. In BACS, he has a network of consultants who are specialists in business, operations and technical areas. He also partners with systems integrators who collaborate with him to implement the business and technology strategy architected by him.
Outside work, Deep is a sports fan with special interests in soccer and baseball. An avid reader, he takes pride in his collection of books on history, art, photography, food, gardening and bonsais. He supports an NGO and sponsors scholarships for needy girl students in Kolkata, India.
